How Can We Help?
Order Support. For questions about an existing order, order status, payment confirmation, order changes or cancellation requests, email us at info@biteresale.com. Please include your order number and the email address or telephone number used at checkout.
Shipping & Delivery. For tracking questions, delivery delays, failed delivery attempts, address issues or parcels marked as delivered but not received, contact info@biteresale.com with your order number and delivery details.
Bite Resale’s normal delivery target for eligible UAE orders is same-day delivery up to 3 business days, depending on the product, stock location, destination, order time and courier availability.
Returns, Exchanges & Refunds. To request a return, exchange or refund, email info@biteresale.com before sending the product anywhere. Please include your order number, the product concerned and the reason for your request.
Eligible products are covered by our voluntary 14-calendar-day change-of-mind return policy, beginning on the date of delivery. Defective, damaged, incorrect or otherwise non-conforming products are handled separately in accordance with our Refund & Returns Policy and applicable UAE consumer law.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products. If your product arrives damaged, defective, incomplete or incorrect, contact us as soon as reasonably possible. Include your order number, a description of the issue and, where available, clear photographs or video of the product and packaging. This helps us investigate and arrange the appropriate remedy.
Privacy Requests. For questions about your personal data, privacy rights, marketing preferences or a request to access, correct or delete personal data where applicable, contact info@biteresale.com. Privacy requests are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable UAE data-protection law.

To help us identify your order and respond efficiently, please include the following information where relevant:
- your full name;
- your order number;
- the email address or telephone number used when placing the order;
- the product concerned;
- a clear description of your question or issue; and
- photographs or video where the request concerns damage, a defect, an incorrect product or missing components.
Returns – Important
Please do not send returns to our registered company address unless Bite Resale specifically instructs you to do so.
Bite Resale uses third-party suppliers, fulfilment centres and logistics partners. Depending on the product and order, your authorised return location may therefore be a separate fulfilment or logistics facility. Contact us first so that we can provide the correct return instructions.
