Bite Resale is an online marketplace and e-commerce platform serving customers throughout the United Arab Emirates. Our goal is straightforward: make it easier to discover useful, interesting and in-demand products in one convenient online destination.
The Bite Resale Website is operated by OPERA ENGINEERING FZ-LLC, a company established in Ras Al Khaimah, United Arab Emirates, with an e-commerce activity licensed for E-Commerce Through Websites.
What We Do
We bring together products from a network of suppliers and fulfilment partners and make them available to customers through a streamlined online shopping experience.
Rather than requiring every product to be stored in a single Bite Resale warehouse, selected orders may be sourced, packed and dispatched directly by third-party suppliers or fulfilment centres. This flexible fulfilment model allows us to offer a broader product selection while keeping the customer experience centred around Bite Resale.
Fast Delivery Across the UAE
We know that delivery speed matters. Our normal delivery target for eligible orders is same-day delivery up to 3 business days across the UAE, depending on the product, stock location, destination, order time and courier availability.
Selected products and areas may qualify for same-day delivery. Where same-day delivery is not available, we work with our fulfilment and logistics partners to get orders to customers as quickly and reliably as reasonably possible within the applicable delivery estimate.
A Marketplace Built Around Convenience
Bite Resale is designed around a simple idea: online shopping should be straightforward from discovery to delivery.
We focus on a clear purchasing experience, transparent product information, convenient checkout, responsive customer support and practical delivery and return processes. Our aim is to remove unnecessary friction and make shopping online in the UAE easier.
Our Product Selection
Our marketplace may feature products across different categories and from different suppliers. We aim to select products based on customer interest, usefulness, demand and their suitability for online purchase and fulfilment.
Because products may be supplied through different fulfilment partners, availability can change and individual products may have different stock locations, specifications or delivery eligibility. The relevant product page and checkout provide the information applicable to each order.
Our Fulfilment Model
Bite Resale works with third-party suppliers, fulfilment centres, couriers and logistics partners. Depending on the order, a product may be dispatched directly from one of these partners to the customer.
For customers, Bite Resale remains the central point of contact for orders placed through our Website. If you need assistance with an order, delivery, return, refund or product issue, our support team can help coordinate the next steps with the relevant fulfilment partner.
The use of third-party fulfilment does not remove any responsibility that Bite Resale is required to bear under applicable UAE law.
Returns & Customer Support
Eligible products benefit from our voluntary 14-calendar-day change-of-mind return policy, subject to the conditions and exclusions set out in our Refund & Returns Policy.
If a product arrives damaged, defective, incomplete, incorrect or otherwise non-conforming, we ask customers to contact us so that the matter can be reviewed and the appropriate remedy arranged in accordance with our policies and applicable UAE consumer law.

Bite Resale is focused on customers in the UAE. Eligible deliveries may be available across Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Umm Al Quwain, Ras Al Khaimah and Fujairah, subject to product availability and courier coverage.
