Orders
How do I place an order?
Add products to your cart, go to checkout and complete payment. You will receive an order confirmation email right away.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Contact us as soon as possible via the contact form. If the order has not shipped, we can change or cancel it. Once shipped, the standard 14-day return applies.
I did not receive a confirmation email
Check your spam folder first. Still nothing after an hour? Contact us with the name and email used at checkout and we will resend it.
Shipping
How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed in 1–3 business days and standard delivery typically takes 2–6 business days after dispatch, depending on your country. Details: Shipping Information.
How do I track my order?
Use the Track Order page with your order number and email. You also receive the tracking number by email when the parcel ships.
My order arrives in separate parcels — is that normal?
Yes. Items can ship from different warehouses and arrive separately. You never pay extra for this.
Returns
What is your return policy?
You have 14 days from delivery to return unused items in original packaging. See Returns & Refunds for the full process.
The item arrived damaged or wrong
Contact us within 14 days with photos — we will send a free replacement or a full refund, with return shipping on us when the item is faulty.
Payments
Which payment methods do you accept?
All methods shown at checkout — card payments are processed securely by our payment provider. We never see or store your card details.
Is my payment secure?
Yes. Payments run through an encrypted, PCI-compliant payment provider, and your card data never touches our servers.
Account
Do I need an account to order?
No — you can check out as a guest. An account makes it easier to view orders and track shipments in one place.
How do I reset my password?
Go to My Account → Lost your password, and follow the email instructions.
Products
Are the product photos accurate?
We use real product photos for every listing. If something you receive does not match the listing, our 14-day return policy protects you.
Will I pay customs fees?
For most EU deliveries no customs fees apply. In rare cases local charges may occur for non-EU countries — these are set by your customs authority.
